Situated in a remote rural area, free from noise and pollution college campus of C. K. B. College has a unique beauty. though the college do not have any towering building it has large rows of tall trees, which provide shade and cool breeze throughout the year. The college campus is free from all those disturbances, which are very much common in the big cities.

Total build-up area of the college is about 30849 sqft.
